Refund and Cancellation Policy
Drope AI Refund and Cancellation Policy (Digital Products and Subscriptions)
Scope
This policy applies to all Drope AI digital products and services, including subscriptions (monthly plans), one-time token/credit packs, and any separate products (such as the AI Course Generator) unless product-specific terms state otherwise.
Free Trial and Purchase Commitment
When your free trial ends and you subscribe to a paid plan or purchase tokens/credits, you enter into a binding agreement to purchase our digital offerings.
Because our products are digital and non-returnable, cancellations after the trial period are generally not permitted except where explicitly provided on the Drope AI platform.
Cancellations
Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated or partial-period refunds.
Token/Credit packs: One-time purchases are non-refundable once delivered and/or used.
Any exceptions or special cancellation terms will be stated on the platform for the specific product or plan.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only considered if the product or service you receive is materially different from the description provided on our platform.
Requests based on change of mind, lack of use, or preference are not eligible.
If a product lists its own refund or cancellation terms, those terms will apply in addition to this policy.
Refund Window
You must submit any refund request within three (3) days from the date of purchase, or within a longer period if explicitly stated on the platform (never less than three days).

Include: order ID, purchase date, the specific description you believe was not met, and any supporting evidence.
We may request additional details to assess your claim.
Review and Approval
Refund eligibility and approval are at Drope AI’s sole discretion. We will evaluate whether the product or service is materially inconsistent with its stated description.
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by provider.
Additional Terms
Platform outages or temporary issues do not automatically qualify for refunds; we will work to resolve any service interruptions promptly.
We reserve the right to update this policy; changes will apply prospectively and be posted on the platform.
